I just received some images of a 10’4 quad Gun that I had shaped from a normal Polyurethane gun blank, and then the blank was “skinned” with a balsa veneer which was vacuum bagged on, and then it was glassed like a normal board. Not only is this technique super strong and light, but it looks beautiful as well!
