My Chun’s Model Long board has been in my catalog lineup for many years. My long board shapes are only built as custom orders due to their personal nature. I love to long board when the conditions are appropriate, and I have been evolving this model over the past 40+ years at places like Malibu, Three’s in Waikiki, and of course: Chun’s Reef on Oahu’s North Shore.
This model features an 18+” nose for nice noseriding ability, designed with a medium teardrop concave for lift. The model’s continuous flowing tail rocker enables this board to handle many wave conditions, including wind chop. It is mainly ridden as a single fin with side bites.
